OptiDrop's Water Intake Calculator provides a personalized daily water recommendation based on your body weight, physical activity level, and the climate you live in.
How the Calculator Works
The base calculation uses the standard recommendation of 30-35 ml of water per kg of body weight per day. This is then adjusted upward for higher activity levels (to account for sweat loss) and for hot climates (where you lose more water through perspiration). Cold climates may slightly reduce the baseline. The result is shown in litres, glasses (250 ml each), and ounces for convenience.
