Fill In Your Invoice
In the Invoice Generator, fill in these fields:
1. Your details — Business name, contact info
2. Client details — Who you're billing
3. Line items — What you sold, quantity, price
4. Payment terms — Due date, payment method
Download as PDF
Preview your invoice to check everything looks correct, then click "Download PDF".
Your invoice will be saved to your Downloads folder. You can also print it directly.
Send to Your Client
Send your invoice to your client via:
Email — Attach the PDF to a professional email.
WhatsApp — Quick and common in India.
Print — If they need a physical copy.
